This Privacy Policy explains how “Nagi — Meditation, Sleep & Breathing” (“the App”), operated by Hypnos Co., Ltd. (“we”), handles user information.
## Information We Collect
The App does not itself collect or transmit any personal information.
– **Stored only on your device**: app preferences such as language and breathing-guide settings (Unity PlayerPrefs). These remain on your headset and are never transmitted.
– **Processed by the Meta platform**: purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement checks are handled by Meta Platforms, Inc. platform services, governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy (https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/). We do not receive your name, email address, or other personal information through this process.
– The App does not access your microphone, camera, location, or body-based data (eye tracking, body movement, etc.). It contains no advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
## How Information Is Used
On-device preferences are used solely to operate the App (remembering your language and guide settings).
## Data Deletion
– On-device preferences are fully removed by uninstalling the App from your headset.
– Subscription and purchase records are managed by Meta and can be reviewed or managed via the Meta Accounts Center.
– For any other requests, contact us below. As we hold no personal data, there is typically no data subject to deletion requests.

## 情報の利用目的
端末内設定はアプリの動作(言語表示・ガイド設定の記憶)のためにのみ使用されます。
## データの削除
– 端末内設定は、ヘッドセットの設定から本アプリをアンインストールすることで完全に削除されます。
– サブスクリプション・購入履歴に関するデータはMetaが管理します。照会・管理はMetaアカウントセンターから行えます。
– その他のご要望は下記連絡先までお問い合わせください。当社が保有する個人データは存在しないため、通常削除請求の対象データはありません。
