Zakuzaku (“the App”) is developed by Hypnos Co., Ltd.
Data we collect: none. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, gameplay analytics, usage statistics, or device identifiers to the developer or to any third party. The App contains no advertising SDKs and no analytics or tracking SDKs. The App has no login or account system.
Local data. For users with a premium subscription or unlock, the App automatically saves your game progress (medal balance, jackpot progress, cumulative statistics, and similar play data) to a local file on your device. In free mode, no progress data is saved at all. Settings such as language are stored locally via Unity PlayerPrefs. None of this data is uploaded or transmitted anywhere.
Purchases and subscriptions. The App offers an optional subscription (monthly/annual) and a one-time unlock, sold through Meta’s standard platform checkout. All payment processing and storage of payment information is handled entirely by Meta; the App itself never receives or stores your payment details or any user account tokens. The App only performs entitlement (license) checks, purchase-status queries, and price lookups via the Meta Platform SDK. This process is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Network access. The App connects to the Meta platform only to perform the entitlement check at launch and to process purchases as described above. It sends no other network traffic.
Permissions. The App does not access your microphone, camera passthrough content, eye tracking, hand tracking, or other body-tracking data.
Data deletion. You can erase your saved progress at any time using the in-app RESET function. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data. Subscriptions are managed and can be canceled through your Meta account.
Children. The App contains no social features, no user-generated content, and no advertising. In-app purchases are processed entirely through Meta’s platform checkout as described above.
Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.

ローカルデータ。 プレミアム(サブスクリプションまたは買い切りアンロック)をご利用のユーザーについては、ゲームの進行状況(メダル残高・ジャックポット進行・累計統計等)が端末内のファイルに自動保存されます。無料モードでは進行データは一切保存されません。言語などの設定値はUnityのPlayerPrefsを通じて端末内に保存されます。これらのデータはいずれもアップロード・送信されません。
購入・サブスクリプションについて。 本アプリはサブスクリプション(月額/年額)および買い切りアンロックを、Metaプラットフォームの標準チェックアウトを通じて提供しています。決済処理および決済情報の保管はすべてMeta側で行われ、本アプリが決済情報やユーザーアカウントのトークンを受け取ったり保持したりすることはありません。本アプリが行うのは、Meta Platform SDKを通じたライセンス(エンタイトルメント)確認・購入状態の照会・価格の取得のみです。この過程はMetaのプライバシーポリシーに基づき処理されます。
ネットワーク通信。 本アプリは、起動時のエンタイトルメント確認および上記の購入処理のためにのみMetaプラットフォームへ接続します。それ以外の通信は行いません。
権限。 マイク・カメラ映像・アイトラッキング・ハンドトラッキング等の身体トラッキングデータへはアクセスしません。
データの削除。 アプリ内のRESET機能により、いつでも保存データを消去できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのローカルデータが削除されます。サブスクリプションの管理・解約はMetaアカウント側で行えます。
お子様について。 ソーシャル機能・ユーザー生成コンテンツ・広告はありません。アプリ内課金は、上記の通りMetaプラットフォームのチェックアウトを通じてのみ処理されます。
変更。 本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本URLにて改定日とともに掲載します。
